In 7 months, most of the foods will remain the same as 6 months like lentil puree, mashed banana and boiled potato, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac and mixed vegetable soup. From 8th month, you can include oats with nuts, yolk of boiled egg, chicken soup, etc.
