A. Hello Foods rich in b1 are green peas, sesame seeds, quinoa, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, beans, fish, milk, pista, green leafy vegetables, tofu, yoghurt, oranges, avocado, grapefruits , mushrooms , chicken .. severe deficiency of b1 might need medical attention
