one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. all types of green vegetables dairy products and all types of protein containing food like eggs and dal
any kind of infection specially any chronic infection shouldc be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise.
after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

Hi The food that we eat on regular basis is the most healthy food for a child as well so if you start giving that food to your child after the age of 11 months it so slowly gradually the immunity and the health of the child is going to be much much better so as of now if you need to you can continue with the similar food that we are eating every day that’s good enough
