A. Dear ma’am, make sure to include atleast one kind of fruit and two veggies everyday. Include nuts and dry fruits for snacks. Limit the milk intake to not more than 400ml per day. Include millets and leafy greens weekly twice. Give ample water. Keep your kid physically active. Avoid packaged foods. Use not more than 1-2 tablespoons of sugar per day.
