#asktheexpert baby weight gain suppliment for 2.5 years old boy and 1.5 year's old girl .

A. Please avoid using weight gain supplements for your kids. Include 5 portions of fruits and vegetables daily. Give full fat milk or curd or yoghurt. Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Add ghee in small amounts to your kid's meals. Give cheese and peanut butter sandwiches. Give potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give ragi. Give bananas, mangoes, avocados and pears. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts to eat like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts, raisins, dates and dried apricots. Give home made paneer pieces. Give one boiled egg per day.
