As your baby is already 10 months old, it's the perfect time to wean off breastfeed. Try to use fancy milk bottle as it attracts baby so much. You can change bottle nipple also if it works then that's a great news. If this also not work, no need to worry. You can use sippers or straw cups also. Some doctors also suggests to use cups for drinking milk. For that, you can use 360 degree cup. Hope my advice will be helpful for you.
