Q.

#asktheexpert baby turned one year, been on formula since last 9 months. Would you advise shifting to cows milk or continue with formula till 18 months stage 3?

A. yes you can feed cow milk along with formula milk

A. Along with formula milk one feed start with separate milk also also because when you totally quit on the breastfeeding at least your child will be used to having external feeding that you are giving to the child and that is going to be good for you to proceed with it would be easier for your child to accept the regular milk over formula feeding if you start with it simultaneously
