ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is a new born Spitting is common in babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor give domstal as prescribed by your doctor maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Its Very normal for the age kids suffer with stomach reflux at this age which is why they vomit every now and then after taking a feed so I don’t think so you need to worry about that but yes if you feed your child only and only on demand that is definitely going to be healthy
