#asktheexpert Baby is suffering from constipation, struggling to poop. Tried belly massage, cycling exercises and they are helping in gas release but not constipation. I'm giving Happy Zen drops as prescribed by pediatrician yet it's not helping in pooping. He's pooping once in more than 24 hours. he's crying and struggling yet unable to poop. after a lot of struggle he's pooping. Please help and suggest how I can help him poop easily.
