ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. then feed him fruits n lots of water. see with babies not all will be as per text. each baby has her own pace of learning n milestone s ok. so don't stress unnecessary. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

For Ashish you should consult your doctor because they can advise you with the right medicine that you can apply on the tongue of the child also I would advise you that for the constipation issue you should try to give really good amount of water and fibre rich diet to the child
