Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisran drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

At This Is consider this is considered completely normal if your child is taking all the feelings properly passing good amount of urine and showing no sign of discomfort than they can go without passing a motion for seven days also but that’s considered normal
