#asktheexpert Baby is 7th month . Can I give him cow milk ?

A. Better not now. It is recommended not to give packet milk or cows milk or any other animal milk until baby is one year old. It will be harsh for the baby's still developing digestive system. If u cannot breastfeed due to various reasons you can consult with your pediatrician and start formula for your baby.
