Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. that is said spitting and common in babies because of reflux action..
always burp after feed..
keep the baby in upright position and gently rub the baby back for some time..
don't immediately put the baby on bed after feed.
maintain gap between feeds..
give smal feeds..
