A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your 6 years old child, give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food

See if your child is maintaining weight somewhere between 18 to 20 kg that means your child is healthy you don’t have to make your child fat you have to make your child healthy and the child needs all the parameters of height weight and then there is no problem yet if you required you can give more of proteins in this growth
