Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi as babies grow their activity level is increased and so the gain of weight is not so rapid. so don't worry as your child is gaining enough weight. offer healthy food options breastfeed your child as per his or her needs.
