#asktheexpert Ayansh can walk and play. He is very active. But he have no deep sleep . His weight is 9 kg now .How can sleep him deeply mean 4 to 6 hour continuously?

Engage the child in lot of outdoor activities like playing, jumping, dancing, swimming
Avoid binge feed with junk foods
make sure bedtime meal is heavy , so that child can sleep deeply
