#asktheexpert Atharva is 9 months old now. Can I give him cow milk because he doesn’t like formula milk. He just wanna Brest milk . So can I give me ..?

A. It is not advisable to give cow's milk to baby before 1 year it can cause Constipation problem to kid in future too rather mom should take Shatavari kalp in milk at night it will help for ur breast milk..

A. it is not advisable to give cows milk till the baby is more than one year of age at present continue breast milk and formula milk to the baby . .

A. hi mam,it is best to offer breastmilk atleast one year age as it helps to strengthen child's immunity. there is no need of formula or external milk.
