#AskTheExpert at what age it's safe to introduce cow's milk for baby instead of formula milk?

A. Cows and buffelos or packet milk to be given safely after completing 1yrs of age. No problem And Do one thing don't dilute cows milk /bufellos milk /packet milk, give it as it is. Keep ur baby well hydrated. akak

A. ideally only once the baby has completed one year of age you can give cow's milk or packet milk to the baby. it contains certain proteins that cannot be digested by the baby at this stage. only breastmilk or if required only formula milk can be given till completion of six months. after completion of six months you can give solid or semi solid food to the baby.
