Q.

#asktheexpert at this age should I regularly give him calcium d3 , iron drops etc to my child as he doesn't eat many vegaetables

A. no problem in giving supplements but it is always advisable baby should get naturally from food and fruits we will be taking regularly even we can do seasonal fruit also

A. hi as per my opinion, if a child is looking happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about your child appetite and no need of extra medicines. kids can not starve themselves . so don't worry. just prefer healthy diet for your child maintain good hydration. give sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
