#asktheexpert As physical activity is less than normal, then how do I control the body weight of my 6 year old daughter?

A. Hello mom the kid should be thought to have healthy eating habits that is very much important as day in day out they get exposure to new foods. Also a regular outdoor games and plays in park if possible or cycling etc can be encouraged also limit screen time if any
