Q.

#AskTheExpert As my son is going to be 6 month in few days and I have to join in my service also. How can I feed him and what should I give him to feed. How can I introduce him solid food.

A. Hello mom try to introduce one food at a time for them the better it would be , and that too in small quantities to start with and as the baby accepts it you can gradually increase the quantity , variety and number of meals, You can initially start with liquid consistency foods, and then move to semi solids and mashed foods

A. dear breastfeed baby before going to work and after coming back continue night feeds while at work caregiver can feed expressed breast milk to your child with preferably katori and spoon. food like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, porridge, kheer, cooked seasonal vegetable puree or add to food like khichdi, vegetable Dal rice. seasonal fruits, curd, paneer.

A. As my son is going to be 6 month in few days and I have to join my service and have to go at 7.30 in the morning. How can I manage him. What should I give him to eat in the morning time. What should he eat during the day time. I will reached home by 5p.m. I'm worried about how to manage all these. Pz give me some helpful suggestions
