#AskTheExpert as f now m feeding cerlac , 3/4th spoon at three times a day... but at night my baby is awakening very often , can I increase the quantity to 1 spoon and little more ... ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom you may increase gradually as per hunger , but would also recommend to use home cooked foods for them rather than relying on packaged and ready to eat mixes
