#AskTheExpert are the meadbery gummys ok to be given to my 5.8 year old son ? also my 2.8year old nephew is already taking it .. will it help them.

At the same time ensure a healthy well balanced diet is given to the child. Include green leafy vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
