Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. u can apply nipcare ointment and then there are sore otherwise it can use nipple shield also to feed the baby if there is problem . . . .

For softening the nipples, u can apply coconut oil or pure desi ghee on the nipples.
Clean the nipples before giving feed to ur baby. Take care and good luck.
