Include protein in her food like paneer, dal, oats, sprouts, soya, eggs, rajma, lean meat, quinoa as protein improves stamina
Also include 2 fruits per day and 3-4 katori of vegetables per day
Also give dry fruits, smoothies, buttermilk, coconut water in a day
Also check for blood heamoglobin as low levels of this also leads to weakness
