Q.

#AskTheExpert Am mother of twins and delivered premature babies and dey r one and half month old now...dey have completed 38 weeks...As I dnt have milk secretion which is not sufficient for both babies so giving powder milk in between to both babies...Is it safe or what should be done to increase milk production....???

A. hi parent yes thags the only option give nan Pro latch thr baby often to boost lactation take diet to boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats

A. Hi mom Yes u can give powder milk to ur baby. There is no problem in that if ur breast milk is not sufficient for the two babies together.. Have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there.
