#asktheexpert Am mother of twins age -2.8 yrs my one daughter is having constipation problem and it is more now a days in summer can u please suggest and also confirm can we give banana as I feel it is helping but my in laws scold me for giving.

A. to avoid constipation and hard stool in the baby it is advisable to do all seasonal fruits the baby let mango and banana please give a liquid water for the baby to drink it will soften the store
