#asktheexpert Am mother of twins age -2.8 yrs my one daughter is having constipation problem and it is more now a days in summer can u please suggest and also confirm can we give banana as I feel it is helping but my in laws scold me for giving.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. to avoid constipation and hard stool in the baby it is advisable to do all seasonal fruits the baby let mango and banana please give a liquid water for the baby to drink it will soften the store
