#asktheexpert after q year of birth my neck is very dark since my 3rd month of pregnancy...wat is the solution for it?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. time. use sun screen.You can put aloe vera gel and see. Try to lose weight with exercise ok.that will help you sureTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello pigmentation during pregnancy or post pregnancy is normal in some ladies and you will have to just make sure to use the right product which can help to prevent the pigmentation and you can try out with mother sparsh skin care product which is actually effective to reduce the pigmentation
