#AskTheExpert After pregnancy I am getting re-regular periods like with in 10 day gap I got periods again. do I need to consult doctor or is it normal?

A. Hello dear It is not normal to get your cycles every 10 days once and it is adviseable that you consult your doctor once and she will start you on hormonal treatment

A. It happens about 10 to 14 days after their period and is usually caused by a temporary drop in levels of the hormone oestrogen. This is quite normal. As well as reduced oestrogen levels, you may also experience other hormonal imbalances, which are completely harmless.
