#AskTheExpert after having beetroot last night my baby's urine is a bit stained. is it normal?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, it’s normal for baby’s urine and stool to be stained after eating beet root, do not worry. You should also give other seasonal vegetables like pumpkin, carrot, green leafy vegetables like spinach.

If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds then no need to worry. Take care
