#AskTheExpert After delivery knee pain is arised.when I sit in floor I can't stand up easily,my knee become more pain.what is the solution.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is already 10 months ever since you had delivered and you are complaining of pain in the knee maybe because some some arthritis not related to your delivery .

It Is very common after delivery to have these kind of leg pain into the bones for one year but as of now to be on the safer side I am going to advise you to get a test done for B12 and vitamin D3 maybe won’t be 12 which is why you need a specially paining
