A. Dear parent, a 2 years old child should be given all the foods that you prepare at your home. The meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Eggs and non veg foods, pulses, legumes. Dry fruits and nuts. Milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 to 6 meals a day.
