Q.

#AskTheExpert a year boy is just of 12 kg weight. he is such a fussy eater. can you please advice a good diet chart for him. as he hardly eats anything. he is completely on milk and biscuit.

A. problem is, out of 4 mentioned categories of food, he intakes only dairy or dairy products only. How to make them wat other category food items.

A. Hello, As long as your child eats some food from the 4 main food groups (fruit and vegetables; potatoes, bread, rice, pasta and other starchy carbohydrates; dairy or dairy alternatives; and beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other proteins) you do not need to worry. Find out more about what to feed young children.
