A. maintain a diet chart for your baby which includes small meals not heavy 3 meals . and try to add all green vegetables and seasonal fruits in diet as it will increase immunity as well as provide all nutrients. also can give shakes, juices, soup, coconut water etc and avoid junk food , give ghee and avoid oil. do not give excess sugar or salt in food and use less spices
