#AskTheExpert A pleasant day! My LO is 6 Months 23 days now, I would like to ask regarding water intake, how many ml per day and how often I have to give my baby?

give few sips after and in between meals according to baby intake
breastmilk and food also provide water to baby
a better way to know if child is getting enough fluids is to check urine.
if baby passing urine more than 7 times in a day, urine is light-coloured or colourless then getting enough hydration.
