Mom of a 2 yr 9 m old girl2 years ago
Q.

#asktheexpert 9 month old wakes up thrice during her 11 hours long sleep in the night because of hunger. Sleeps from 7pm to 6am and wakes up at 11pm, 2am and 5am for milk. Drinks 90ml and goes back to sleep by the end of the formula feed. She is eating 3 meals a day and 3 feeds of 90ml each. Is waking up so many times normal? How can I help her sleep longer during the night
