#asktheexpert 8months old baby sleeping very less throughout the day, please suggest what to do.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. nothing to worry this is very normal it will become gradually in a proper way just give comfortable position to the baby while sleeping and maintain proper temperature of the room

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please massage your baby with almond oil before bath and also do feet massage as it helps in sound sleep. and lso give baby breastfeeding after bath too. and maintain proper dark and sence in baby room. take care
