ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, for 8 years old baby, give 3 meals a day as breakfast, lunch and dinner and up to half katori every time. You can give breakfast at around 8-9 am, lunch at 1-2 pm and dinner at 7-8 pm.
