#asktheexpert 4 months old starting to sleep 5 hours at a stretch in the nights is it okay to let him sleep? or wake him up for 2-3 hours for feed? if I let him sleep will my lactation reduce?

A. baby is already for months of age there is no problem if the baby is sleeping at a stretch for 4 to 5 hours no need to wake the baby up

A. Yup It’s the best thing for you and for the child as well if your child is sleeping at a stretch for longer durations and that’s perfectly fine only when your child is awake after taking the sleep That is the right time for you to feed the child and and whenever your child is demanding for the feed
