#AskTheExpert 3 year old having diarrhea and stomach pain plus vomit and fever, child doctor said stop fruits because of pesticide creating stomach infection, and child became normal after stop giving fruits, when to give fruits to child?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes.. you should avoid giving milk and too much sugary items now increase the intake of ORS, enterogermina and zinc supplements..Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation
