#AskTheExpert 3 year daughter has severe constipation we have taken pizza last weekend but yesterday I saw blood in her stool. plz advice me what to do.

A. Hi mom Blood in stool is due to hard potty.. Increase the water intake and fibre rich foods like papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia cucumber etc in ur baby diet to get relief from constipation Give ghee in warm milk before sleeping to soften the stool
