Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for proper fluent speech ,you need to wait and watch till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently.
if its not so then consult the available pediatrician/doctor to know if speech therapy is required.till that time keep interacting as much as possible in your spoken language and involve the child in language learning activities using audio-visual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will also be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in children by age for th ifis. . .

Here are some ways you can encourage your toddler's speech:
Talk directly to your toddler, even if just to narrate what you're doing.Use gestures and point to objects as you say the corresponding words. ...Read to your toddler. ...Sing simple songs that are easy to repeat.Give your full attention when talking to them.
