#AskTheExpert 18 months baby have twice diarrhoea in between 3 months.please suggest me

usually it happens because of bacterial infection. or indigestion.
so, please offer small and frequent meals.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
keep your child well hydrated.
include natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc in your child's diet as it helps to maintain good bacteria in intestine.
for now ,it is better to offer light food like khichdi,curd rice with roasted jeera powder,upma , fruits etc to your child.
maintain good hygiene.
