ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. If baby is facing urine infection then you need to complete the course of medicine as fever will subside once infection cures abd rahe care of few things never keep baby in soiled nappy change immediately abd clean the baby from front to back
