Q.

#AskTheExpert 10 days old boy. present weight 2.87 kg. takes feed of 30-40 ml on every 2-3 hrs. is it okay or need to increase the diet??

A. it is always demand feeding in the baby our baby is having normal weight for the age you can feed the baby once in every 2 hours. . .

A. Hi parent yes mam it is ok please give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding please give daily massage and sun light exposure

Q. My baby girl is 4 months old now, but she takes feed less than her age, only 60 ml every 2-2.5 hrs. At night she takes feed longer than 5 hours of gap. How to increase her hunger please suggest. Q. My son is 2 months 20 days old...he used to have approx 90 ml at every 3 hrs or 60 -70ml at every 2 hrs... but from last 10 days he has reduced the milk amount....he hardly consumes 60 ml sometimes even less....at 2 to 3 hrs...sometimes at night he sleeps for 4 hrs but when he demands milk he consumes only 40 to 60 ml and then sleeos again.... we feed him on demand... is it normal as he should increase his feed rather than decreasing... His birth weight was 3 kg...presend weight is 5.7 kg . urine output is fine and passes stool onve everyday ..sometimes alternate days .
