Give small amounts in frequent intervals.
Feed same food items continue for 4-5 days then change the food item for another 4-5days.

Give toddlers healthy food, and let them decide how much food to eat.
Try to judge toddler appetite over a week, rather than over a single day.
Try to create a positive eating environment, persist with new foods and follow your toddler’s lead.
