#AskTheExpert 1.Hello I am 31 weeks Pregnant and many people say my baby bump doesn't looks like 8months so how to make sure baby growth is normal without Ultrasound? Also I have gained 8 KG of weight till now is it ok ?

The belly growth during pregnancy is not any sign of baby's growth, so do not listen to others and just follow a healthy lifestyle with proper nutritious diet and water intake and have regular follow-up with your doctor to know about babies growth and development.
