Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. not really.
its all genetics
in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is not advisable to give anything to the baby other than mother’s milk till the age of six months. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk.
Thanks and take care
