#AskTheExpect my baby is now 6 month old can I give him cerelac and which cerelac is best for my baby and can I give cerelac to him twice a day or once a day

U can start with rice cerelac which is easy to digest. U can also introduce ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge, pumpkin puree as the first food
