#AskTheExpart hello I'm going to deliver my first baby soon so kindly advice me how can I take care of my breast for breastfeeding to my Lil one ... coz I don't want to depend or give formula milk

A. Hello my dear! Breastfeeding is a normal physiological process that every mother goes through. Of course, there are certain conditions that can reduce the flow or increase the flow. Do not over stress and overthink yourself right away. Just relax and take one step at a time as the day comes. Eat a well balanced, healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day.
